open the editor and change the mystic affix to sockets now u got 6 slots to put what u want if u want more attack speed keep rolling attack speed in game at the mystic until u hit 20% attack speed now change that item into a gem and give yourself a few of them everyone u socket in the item will get the 20% attack speed 3 gems equal 60 percent attack speed

Let me translate that:
Change the old affix to something that is not attack speed leave the item the way you have it just change the old affix..

I downloaded DIIIROS.SaveEdit_1.3.16.121 and extracted all files to create DII.SaveEdit, but when I try to open it my computer says "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." am I missing something to open the program?

Right click the file folder click on properties and make sure the read only checkbox is blank.
Right click the program and make sure you run as administrator.
Make sure you have all files and folders extracted from the zip file for the application.

 

Hey CKY and the rest of the gang!

First off, sweet editor! I have been using the vanilla version for a long time and love it. I just downloaded and started trying out the ROS version and have had to stumble through it a bit, but none-the-less I have managed to get in the groove with it.

There is however 1 small speed bump I have run into, and that is, I have NO friggin clue how to assign a "Gift" or "Rare Gift" to a specific PSN ID / Character.

Is this possible to do, and how?

When I add a gift to my normal stash, and load the save back up in-game, it says "This is a Gift for 'NONE'". LMAO!

Please forgive me if I have asked a question that has been already answered in a previous post. If it has been, pointing me to the answer would be greatly appreciated.

Simply I don't know. There is no field that can be used to store that information If you can bring one to me that the game drops i can try to figure how they do it.

 

Update your version.

I got an even higher damage crossbow combining Ravens wing with Russian fast. - also like CK and Marcus said enhance the gems.
I like both crossbows though. If you want to totally God mode your DH pm me and I can tell you how.

Well I was going to PM you my save since it seems leechers like to jump on attachments in posts. But, unfortunately XPG doesn't allow for attachments via PM.

So here is my save with the in-game dropped gift. Let me know if you find a way to assign gifts to player ID's. Thanks again for all the help.

Well what exactly are you doing wrong lol? Can you explain what or how your trying to create this legendary weapon and of what your using and steps of how your doing it.

But if you make a gift to "none" anyone should be able to open it.. So I don't understand what the issue is?

 

After loading my save on the editor.
New item, then legendary weapon(flail in my case).
Then I add attributes, mainly damage stuffs on all 6 slots.
Add durability, level 70 on item and legendary.
Basically all I do
