    Here is a starter save for One Piece Unlimited World Red.
    At the very begining of the game

    Region EU
    Level 50
    Max HP
    Max SP
    Max beli
    All Max items (*)
    Slot 1 In bag makes item x 99

    You will have all items maxed out from the start, however, it wont show until the option "Storage" becomes available after chapter 1
