evenin all ive flashed my sons slim for him all went well unlocked the pcb and read and wrote the firmware correctly but when it put it all back together itll play a backup original and dvd all fine but if i put in another disc without turning it off first it wont read it ???? anyone got any ideas its obviously flashed right but would like to resolve this error if possible this is the second slim this week to give me trouble gettin a bit sick of them now lol..
With Kamikaze hack most problems are caused from drilling too far, I'd personally just buy an MXIC board with switch or an Unlocked PCB..So so so so much easier
yeah i know what your sayin m8 but its workin lol...its a lot of hassle sortin them out gettin fedup of it i refuse to take it apart again today playin darksiders 2 on it now ..
Yea I had the same problem on a few winbonds i recommend getting the winbond template and hand drill sooo much easier than counting tiny pins havent had a problem since i got the template but fubard a good few doing it manually
