Last week, we were shown a teaser trailer for the new Marvel Avengers game announced by Crystal Dynamics, the same people behind Tomb Raider. Today we learn that the team is rather busy and have another game in the works: Guardians of the Galaxy. While this leaves Crystal Dynamic's assumed development cycle interrupted, it means the Deus Ex series is reportedly on hiatus. However, this untitled Guardians of the Galaxy game is "in the early stages of production" according to Eurogamer. Square Enix has multiple games planned after their partnership with Marvel was announced last week. The unnamed Guardians of the Galaxy title and the also unnamed Avengers title are two of them. However, a Guardians of the Galaxy game is also currently being developed by TellTale, a developer known for making existing IPs in their own style of storytelling game.
