Need Some Help With Xbox 360 Neighborhood

what would you need help with.
Just some ideas of what can help you

Make SURE you have xbdm as a plugin.
Make sure you have your console set as default console in neighborhood.

Hey guys, Yeah im having trouble connecting my Jtag to Neighborhood, I hooked up my jtag to the Router but couldnt seem to connect and yes i have XBDM.xex as my first plugin

 

Make sure IP address match from console and in Neighborhood. Also make sure you don't have IP conflict.
Like everyone said make sure you set as default.

Still no luck do fresh install on both console and pc again
