    Ok my friend! I found the way to do it (just changing file type/extension in the list...) I thought Open 1 was for ROS, Open 2 for XMG and Open 3 for CMG ... :)

    I'll try this evening... thanks again!

    Rufei, please, how did you be able to play rookie challenge with your player 'modded' to be choosen as #1? I think you cannot save MyCareer.CMG until before Draft, isn't it? Or do you modify your player XMG? or roster .ROS?

    It's not needed to open 1 + 2 + 3... When you open 1, select in flie type/extension .ROS or .XMG or .CMG

    I'm not sure why its not working for me...? I create a myplayer, save my myplayer .cmg file to my usb drive, I extract it from my usb drive, open it in the 2k14 mod tool, check mark it and save it, next I inject it back into the usb drive...but it never works...I'd pay $100 for this kind of mod tool, but I don't know where to donate and I can't even get it to work...grrrrrrrr.

    When you load the file in the system is it damaged? Are you past the the rookie showcase?

    1. Load .CMG in tool. (make sure the file type is .CMG)

    2. You should be able to check or uncheck the box. Check the box to "Max Skills & Attrb". Uncheck it so that when you save/fix a cmg file it doesnt max any mp skills or attrb.

    3. Click save the .CMG. It will say file saved and fixed.

    4. Load game file in X360 and play.
