Recently I accidentally copied some files from the flash folder to some other place in my hdd in fsd. Then, I rebooted fsd and no letters had shown up. Then I turned my xbox off and then on. But then the xbox didn't boot up. It showed a red ring. I googled the problem but all the solutions were hardware related not software related. I couldn't find any solution. So please could you people help me? I really need the help. I need a solution

Right first off, Will the console boot without hdd in ?

If not try and boot the console via the dvd drive eject button (power on the console via the eject button) See if it boot in to Xell.

Also do you have any back up nands, When you got the console you should of had a back up nand ? do you have this at all ?

Try and boot up without the hard drive in first. If that works, it sounds like you've got a dodgy xex/plugin.

Does your console boot without a HDD plugged in or any other storage device?

Is it dual nand or single nand console ?

Seems to me you will need to re-flash the nand. If your console is dual nand you can re-flash the nand yourself.

If its a single nand and you never did the install witch in guessing is the case then you need to send your console to a pro to reflash the nand.

A nandx will need to be soldered to your console to recover it.

Whn you get it sorted please make a backup of your nand for next time :)

Mate it sounds like you've bricked it. You'll need to send it off to get repaired or repair it yourself.
