    We don't know when the 1.8.2 update will be out of MS Cert Testing - it depends whether they find any bugs or not. #MinecraftXBLA

    This was posted on their twitter on the 5th.

    It's said that MS Cert Testing takes about 2 weeks of which 6/7 days have passed already.

    You should also watch the Minecraft Forum (minecrtforum.net). They are usually the first place to have Minecraft news after the official Twitter posts.
