Forgive me if I am an idiot but I cant find the place where to download the editor...all I can find are ads all over the place for zip file readers and what not...nothing that takes me to the modding tool. has it been taken down

yeah all it does is take me to an incomplete picture, (I assume its a mass effect pic)

How is it that everyone else can get the editor but me....Plz don't misunderstand, just a little curious. every time I click on it I get a corner piece of a mass effect pic.

 

im hoping that by the time i download this all the errors will be fixed, but i may be pessimistic.....i guess ill try it....
