I am having the exact same issue ;x; I am running Windows 10 and have tried uninstalling + reinstalling .net 4.5 and 3.5. I have tried 3.5 by itself. I have also tried as admin. I have checked the CPU usage by 360 and it is miniscule. The memory is always the same (around 100MB usage), but the Network will jump to a max of 0.5 mb/s after i click log-on but will return to 0 within 5 seconds after the click. Disk usage at startup is 0.1 mb/s but drops to 0 nearly immediately. Pls halp, tyvm. Also have tried compatability for Win 8 + Win 7. Didn't work.
Same issue here. I have winrar and .net 4.5 installed. I have tried resetting my password, running as admin, restarting my computer, but none of those methods work. Please Help.
+1 same issue as the other posts in this thread. Windows 8.1x64, everything up to date, password reset, using username that I use to log in here, removed the exe, emptied my temp folder, redownloaded. can't log in.
