jtag or not jtag? or else?

    fastest way to find if its a jtag is start it up by using the Eject button :lulz:

    as its got freestyle dash 3

    could be either Jtag, RGH or RJtag, they all acomplish the same tasks, different methods of wiring and building the nand.

    If you dump your current nand image and get your key from Xell you should be able to open it in J-Runner, from here it will automatically pick up what type of hack has been done.

    With that being said, its not really that important to know what hack has been done, it is just good to know if something happens in the future and you need to build a donor nand.

    the type of hack is not important, they basically do they same thing. Only difference is a JTAG is wiring done to launch the hack, a RGH or RJtag the hack is done with a modchip. Easiest way to find what you have is to look inside it, you can look into vents or side also without opening and see if you see a RED/Green lite, if you see a red/off green/on led lite then you have a chip.
