iPhone 4s iCloud locked,need help!

    My brother bought a iPhone 4s off of a friend. And he got home and the woman had left her iCloud logged in on the phone. She factory reset and updated it to 8.1.1 and didnt take her iCloud off... I have been researching for the last few days trying to find out how to fix this issue. It has me so very very aggravated, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    the phone is pointless now friend its not worth anything i've had the same issue aswel just can't do anything with it friend
