The only other thing a can say is u need to get a win 7 fresh install or sumat install 12.1.0 from fresh and u shud b good to go it must bin a win 8 problem

It's not win 8, I tried it on my other PC that's 7 and it didn't work either. Ugh I'm so annoyed by this.
