I'm pretty sure that SPGs still work.

First off I know for a fact that you don't get reset for using load and pops or spgs. Second, people were using SPGs back in 2011. I'm positive that they still work. *EDIT Link:http://i.imgur.com/bHIByMw.png

Yeah that's what I thought; I couldn't get this one Gears of War 2 SPG to work though. I don't know what the problem was.

 

Gears 2 one works fine, just clear the cache or delete the tu and go as it says, log in spg and then log into your account during a horde match or what ever the game type was

 

do I have to have both of the accounts signed in at the same time?

 

Yes both on your HDD or USB
Instructions for the hell of it
1. Remove Storgae Cache or Updates for GOW2
2. Load GOW2 in the SPG Profile (Offline or Online up to you)
3. In SPG profile click on training(I forget the match/menu you supposed to clock but it should be on a readme present in the file)
4. At the beginning of the loading screen sign out of SPG and then sign into yours, it's load the map for a second or so then send you back to the menu with a sign-out message ~ cheeov's should pop up when you sign in
5. done

 

Thanks, this helped me out so much, I just couldn't get the dlc achievements to pop. I guess I will have to go buy those.
