How to Update Your Exploited Console to 16747 Using Xell

Notice: This tutorial, and all of it's content including pictures and text was created by me. The only credit due is for the video in which I have used.

Step 1: Obtain Your NAND Image

If you already have your NAND image, skip this step. For those of you who do not, this tutorial is for you.

Step 2: Update Your NAND Image Using "xeBuild GUI 2.0"

First, run the program. This should pop up:



Now click "Open" and select your NAND image.



Check that your "Build type" and "Motherboard" are correct. They should automatically be selected after loading the imgae.

Now put your CPUKey into the program.



This is important: Go to "Kernel version", and change the tab to say "Custom."

Then, type 16747 into the space available.



Now simply click "Generate hacked image".

A pop-up should appear, click "Yes".



Step 3: Flash Your New Image to Your Console

A new file should have been created in your output location called "updflash.bin."

Put this file on a USB, then plug your USB into your console.

Boot your console into Xell by pressing eject.

Wait until you are told the flash is complete, then power off.

Congratulations! You are now done!
