Like "Spotlight" "My Xbox" those and what not Quickly, press X and go to your banned account sign in on it. Your gamer picture should appear first out of ANYTHING. Then the dash will load, and the prompt will close. Press the guide button, then press Y to create a profile. After that, press the guide button twice and press connect to xbox live.
