how to move fsd from internal 4gb to bigger usb key

    can someone help me do this please?

    i want to move the fsd from the internal storage to a bigger external usb key so i can store more TUs and covers etc.

    Get Filezilla or any FTP client program, connect to the FTP server built into FSD with login info as follows

    Host: your consoles IP
    User: xbox
    Pass: xbox
    Port: 21

    locate your FSD folder on the MU ,transfer entire folder to PC and copy to desired device ;)


    Or just do a fresh install on your new device, sometimes this is the better alternative especially if you have tons of covers etc, redownloading them does take some time but may save some hassles if any files possibly corrupt during transfer

    do i have to delete the freestyle folder on the internal hdd? will it automatically start fsd from the usb then?

    You can just transfer the whole file directly threw xbox 360 neighborhood if you have it installed and connected. That's the easiest way I know of besides FileZilla.

    i already transfered the "freestyle" folder to my desktop via filezilla.

    so i put the freestyle folder on my external drive now and i can start it via the filebrowser - but when i turn on the box it automatically starts into the old one on the internal 4gb.

    is it safe to delete the internal freestyle folder? do i have to manually open fsd from then on or is it possible to point to the external drive for the fsd?
