Oh man, if only I found this before doing this trophy. I had every single trophy besides this so I pretty much cheated and called a friend over to do some of the levels. Only level 6 of the extreme drinking and level 10 of the 2nd hardest one were ones I had extreme trouble with though.
For a Xbox One Version you have to wait a long time my friend. Because Gamers are still not able to transfer their Gamesaves out of the Xbox One Console. I would upload my Xbox One Watch Dogs Save here on XPG if there was a way. My Savegame for the Xbox One has also 99% game progress.
