    Can you do less maybe a a hundred million or so? I know that 3 billion will more then likely flag you via the automated system Rockstar installed since the DNS exploits. I wouldn't want to take the risk of 3 billion and I'm sure others would not like to as well since the result is being forever locked in the cheater pool and money reset.
