Have you played Gun? It's pretty good. Bully is also one to try. Both are old but still good to check out if you haven't played em.
As Hax said play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Skyrim epic free roaming games if your into driving games also I would recommend test drive unlimited 1 and 2, massive open worlds to drive around.
