Hey guys, With purchasing both the Xbox One & Ps4 I'm in the market for a new gaming headset but I've never owned one before. From what I've seen, it seems that Turtle Beach is the way to go. Am I right? Am I wrong? I'm looking for an "all around" headset for all types of games, not just shooters. I've noticed that Xbox One is coming out with an adapter for universal headsets so does that mean that I can purchase just one headset for both systems? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Read reviews on different sites that sell the different brands of headsets. That way you get reviews from both sides. Don't pay attention to hype, mainly from YouTube "gamers" who are paid to ware a brand in their videos. Read the specs of the headsets and decided which you find to be the best for your needs and likes. You see that the most expensive, most hyped will not come close to a less expensive set spec wise. Edit: Astros = overpriced for the quality of materials used in build. Majorly overhyped.
