GTA Online Getting Lowriders DLC Next Week

Rockstar has announced that more content is on its way to Grand Theft Auto Online next week, in the shape of the Lowriders DLC for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, which will offer a whole host of brand new customisation options, as well as a new place to obtain them from.​

Benny's Original Motor Works will be a new customs shop positioned in downtown Strawberry, where you'll be able to transform your classic junker into a high-spec, tricked-out lowrider fit for the streets of Los Santos. You can also hit up Benny's website via your in-game phone, choose from six select customisable rides and then take them to Benny himself for an upgrade that unlocks new custom lowrider mods.​

Engine block covers and air filters, velour, leather or pattern-coated interiors, custom colours and designs for dials, new steering wheels, gear shift levers, and more are among the options on offer, as well as hydraulic pumps that enable you to bounce along in your lowrider. You can even get speakers and subs for your car's sound system.​

Once you've pimped out your lowrider, you can then meet up with friends and show off your shiny new car, using the Player Interaction menu to showcase its various bells and whistles. The Lowriders DLC will also offer a bunch of new Lamar missions, in addition to the Machine Pistol and Machete at Ammu-Nation, and the ability to now purchase a fourth property, alongside new clothing, hair and accessory options, and 3 new Adversary Modes.​
