The Gears of War 4 multiplayer beta expands today to a much wider audience. As announced previously, starting later today, April 25, all Xbox Live Gold members will be able to play the beta on Xbox One. This follows an "early access" period that ran April 18-24, which was offered to people who played the Gears of War Ultimate edition before April 11. The only requirement for the open beta is that you have an Xbox Live Gold membership. This beta periods runs through May 1. We have contacted Microsoft in an attempt to find out exactly when today the beta client will be available to download. We'll update this post with anything we hear back.
