After I resigned and rehashed the save on Horizon and uploaded on my 360 it told that the save couldn't be transferred between profiles am I doing something wrong here

Fuse credits say -901638. pretty much means i hav none. and i cant start a new game with fresh characters. ive completely deleted fuse profile n re downloaded it but its glitched onto my xbox. i want to get rest of skins. but cant

 

I am on last mission but boss fight is soo tough can't defeat it . Any help?
