so I have an RGH, had it for awhile, but just recently came back, as I fancied playing fall out. downloaded the DLC.... all of the dlc show up on the downloadable content list, and when starting a new game, you get all the start packs, but for some reason world old blue dlc, the new added traits are not appearing, and only the normal ones are showing. so couriers stash is working, this is the one that gives you free items, at the start, dead money is working as I got the notification for the quest, but old world blues, doesn't appear to be working. as this is meant to add 6 new traits at the start of the game, and I only get the standard ones, does anyone have an idea on how to fix?
