Hi I lack the knowledge on how to upload a game save: But I would like to have a game save before leaving the vault 100 in all skills, 10 in all specials, all perks, 150 base action points, 800 carry weight, 1 million caps, unbreakable shock sword and unbreakable chinese stealth suit
