Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will launch on November 21. Nintendo revealed the date for the upcoming 3DS reboots at its Digital Event on Tuesday. The original Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire were released on the Game Boy Advance in 2002, and marked the third generation of the series. Taking place in the Hoenn region, the games introduced 137 new Pokémon and featured double battles and Pokémon abilities for the first time. "Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire are a fresh take on Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, which launched in 2003 and were fan-favourite hits on the Game Boy Advance system," the Pokemon Company said at the games' announcement.
