Power is by far the easiest stat to level up. As usual wait till night time because agility and power points are doubled and simply go and fight crowds of zombies, the bridge is pretty good for this. If you aren't strong enough to survive out in the wilderness with all of those ugly things hashing you then simply go off the volatiles right outside of the tower then run inside, they should follow you in a few inches then the moment they turn around immediately start spamming the kick button and try to kick them Into the spike barrel right outside of the door. Note: They will only be affected by your kick if you get them from behind.
