hello, i found it strange that there isn't any topic about this yet, especially as this is the home of TeamXPG, so i figured everything would be buzzing around here. but unless i'm not looking in the right spot, there doesn't seem anything about this new engine over here at all. so, what do you guys think? is this the first big step towards modding xbox one games or not? i do understand that the xbox one would need to be cracked wide open first for that to happen, but if anybody would have told me about the neuro engine a month ago i would've said they were crazy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grjL1P3BCDc also, i made another topic in the xbox one modding forum offering my help. so TeamXPG, if you need help please let me know. i can do many things to help. i understand if you can't give out this engine just yet, but i could do work without having it. just let me know if i can help. thanks! p.s., for anybody interested, there is more info about the engine that goes with the video in the video comments, but i hope you don't mind if i paste that here: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey everybody! I've been working on a new project for the last few weeks and I'm finally ready to give you a sneak preview of what's been cooking in my kitchen. So, what exactly IS this new Neuro Engine? The Neuro Engine is a new trainer engine, not unlike Chameleon although a lot more advanced, with one very big difference: It runs on the Xbox One. Now, before you read any further, check out the video first, and after check the Q&A below for answers to questions you might have. Have fun everybody! ==== Q&A ==== Q. Where can I download this? A. You can't. It's unfinished and not made publicly available. Q. Can it train or mod Xbox One games? A. No it can't... yet... Somebody would need to find a way to jailbreak the Xbox One. Q. So it's only working on backwards compatible Xbox 360 games? A. Correct. Even though the Neuro Engine is running as a native Xbox One resident application, it can only access the memory regions used by backwards compatible Xbox 360 games. Q. So, if the Xbox One isn't jailbroken yet, how is it possible the Neuro Engine is running as a native Xbox One application? A. Each and every Xbox One can be set up like a DevKit. It allows you to write your own applications and run them on your Xbox One. Q. Ah, so the Neuro Engine can't run on a normal retail Xbox One? A. No, it can't. Not untill somebody finds a way to jailbreak the Xbox One and enable it to run unsigned code. Q. Is it safe for Live or will it be safe for Live? A. I'm pretty sure it's not. You could probably use it online, but you'll probably get your gamertag profile canned and your Xbox One banned. Q. So I should just setup my Xbox One unit as a DevKit and it would work? A. Yes, but as said before, it's unfinished and not I'm not going to release this publicly. Besides, if you use your Xbox One for gaming, and want it to operate like fully working normal retail unit, you really shouldn't set it up as a DevKit. Q. When are you going to release this publicly? A. I don't know. When it's finished? Maybe when the Xbox One gets jailbroken and everybody can use it? Honestly, I don't know. What I do now is that I'm not going to release it now. Q. So why are you putting this on YouTube if you're not willing to share? A. It's not that I'm not willing to share. It's just that there's not really anything to share that you could use yet. If I would give this to you, you probably wouldn't know what to do with it. It needs a DevKit unit, XDK, it runs in debug mode and it has no GUI so you can't set trainer options. The mods you can see in the video are hardcoded. The reason why I'm putting this video online is to show what I've been working on and to get you excited for what's to come in the future. That's it. I'm not here to brag or to troll. Q. Hahaha! You got us! This is fake, right? A. Whatever helps you sleep at night.
