The catch is you need a 360 copy as well. Mod the save on 360 and then transfer your character from your 360 to xbox one. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, I just wanted to share this with everyone. I haven't actually tried this yet because the game hasn't come out yet on xbox one, But I don't see why it wouldnt work.
