just a question has or will anyone get a ban for playing dead space 3 early on live or will it be like halo 4 instant ban??
I very much doubt it Only reason people were getting banned for Halo 4 was because it was leaked a month early and its Microsofts baby
You can never rule it out since there doesn't seem to be many retail copies out there but Halo 4 was a Microsoft game and a lot more early! down you your judgment really, no one will know for now.
I would say your OK ! But as everyone knows me and DPH like to try them all even after our little console/profile ban :LOL: for halo so I will be testing in a few mins End of the day we all know the risks involved......
There are many factors which could contribute to someone being ban from playing a game early...it really depends on the game and the reputation of the franchise. High profile games for example Halo 4 was published by Microsoft Studios...Halo 4 is Microsoft's Cash Cow, they ain't going to take kindly to leaks being played online. Dead Space 3 however is a different matter...it isn't published by Microsoft and I would't say it is a very high profile game like Halo 4. Also the release date isn't that far. But this is pure speculation...in the end as Addz puts it...No one knows.
I'm playing it myself and on XBL so if there's a ban there's a ban i have another 3 consoles as backups anyway
