im new to this game so forgive a stupid question. does this save have modded stats/rank? I am interested in having nice gear to start but not an op character.

Does anyone know how likely it is to actually get banned in Dark souls 2? I want to mod my main profile so I don't have to go through endless hours of grinding since I just want to pvp, but if I get banned then i'm screwed.
Ive alo been getting the message "the save data was not loaded correctly". Downloaded then put in modio and saved to my profile - the rehash resign is automatic in latest version of modio. I cant use horizon because horizon doesnt read my falsh drive (official 360 flash drive). I also tried with 360revolution and the result is the same as modio. Please help. Region is eu (pal). That shouldnt change anything though. Using latest patch.
Does this save still work online? When I try it the game plays fine but when I try to find people or search for whites they never show up. Also when I try to invade I instantly get told "Unable to find world to invade." I didn't super power level either. I upgraded gear and my estus flask then died twice to get rid of my excess souls. I'll see the occasional white spirit walking around but never see any stones.
