Dark Souls 3 April Launch Date Confirmed With New Trailer

Following last month's release date leakage, Bandai Namco has today confirmed the April 2016 launch date for Dark Souls III in the west, with a typically foreboding and macabre new trailer to coincide with the official release date announcement.​

That's not all. Punters can also get their hands on the Dark Souls III Apocalypse Edition with a metal case and soundtrack, available exclusively at GAME in the UK. Since the edition has a rating for Europe and other territories slapped on the packaging, however, it'll more than likely be available elsewhere too.​

Dark Souls 3 will launch on 12th April 2016 in North America and Europe, but not before Japan gets its hands on the game on 24th March 2016. There are other Collector's Editions to choose from too, available to ogle here. Check out the new 'Embrace the Darkness' trailer below.​
