Did you even read my post? There's no "|" in the file name, it just tells me that there is. Either way, I figured out what the problem is. Apparently the editor just doesn't work with Windows XP.
After my play through on this character, I decided not to launch to ng+ through the majula bonfire. I set my platinum to 1.1 million. I then used the item editor to give eme 99 cracked red eye orbs. At the double staircase/throne area of castle Drangleic there seems to be an infinite amount of people. However. It seems you get disconnected after 4 back to back invasions. Every time I have to safe and exit and reload my character.
yes yes i did read your post and it clearly stated that it had a I in front of the save it does this when opening a save you have to find your save through the desktop but if you want i might be able to link you to a free windows 8 upgrade mabey
ok so i have beat the iron keep area killed the spider and killed the rotten in the black gultch where the Flubber do i go now i cant figure it out i have killed every boss so far except the rat guy where the rats swarm you
If you have all 4 of those lord souls, head to the passageway in majula right next to the area that heads back to things betwixt. That's where you'll start pretty Mich the second half of the game
There are 4 big Boss Souls, you need all 4 to progress further. When you´ve cleared -iron keep -sinners rise -black gulch -cardinal tower you can advance to the shrine of winter at forked road and proceed to drangleic castle and beyond. optionally you can take a look first at the dragon shrine and kill youself some dragons or brightstone cove and/or open the king´s doors that you couldn´t access before. Take a look at this picture for further options which path to take next.
Is there any news on being able to get that 999999 health modifier to stick? That's basically all I need from the editor at this point; everything else is covered. Even a stamina modifier would be greatly helpful, so I'm not in the middle of the fray and running out of stamina with no way out except walking quickly (since I can't run or roll without stamina, obv).
You cant edit health over the max value, because it´s hardcoded into the game. God-Mode and Stamina-regen is possible, but only in offline mode. Online mode will rewrite the user_data files containing the parameters for mechanics to their original state everytime you go online.
Heres a question for NG+ users. Is the level proximity changed in regard to invasions and PvP? I've got a ng+ character at 600m platinum soul level. Figured no one would legit be at that level. Tons of invasions and PvP action. And they were nowhere near similar levels. I'm wondering if ng+ is kinda no holds barred or depends on different parameters for invasions.
So it appears that the latest update to Dark Souls 2 has removed the ability to mod in items. Talk about a pain in the ass.
Not true. Still having no issue adding items. Although still encountering items deleting others. For example, I cannot add a drakekeeper greatshield and retain wrath of the gods?
