You need to find someone who's able to a cheap and reliable service to RGH your Xbox 360. I think with ALL the mod chips available it shouldn't matter what version of Xbox 360 you have, unless it's a realllllly old one. You can't softmod either so that is out of the question.
It would be best/cheaper for you to send off your console other than buying all the equipment unless you're looking to do multiple consoles, it'll require skill with a soldiering iron and such.
