If the Australian Rating Board is to be believed, it looks like Borderlands will be making it's way to PS4, XB1 and PC. Details are scarce at the moment as to which titles will be remastered but the site lists both Gearbox Software, developer of Borderlands 1 and 2, and 2K Australia, developer of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, as authors. 2K Games is also listed as the publisher.
