Bioshock Infinite Collectibles[Xbox 360 gamesave]

I apologize for uploading such a complex save, but Bioshock Infinite is very complicated in the way that it saves. I am having trouble remembering, but I believe I uploaded two saves, and the sightseer achievement should unlock if you start a new game afterwards and look through any telescope or kinectoscope. Unless you're at the save with the (for lack of the proper term) shouting kid, then it is in that asylum near the elevator I believe.
