It has been confirmed that the giant gaming studio, Bethesda will be holding its first conference at E3 2015 and with it comes expectations that a "Fallout 4" release date will finally be announced.
While Bethesda has been keeping everything uder wraps, Den of Geek has insisted that their is a big possibility that the highly anticipated gaming title would be announced during the conference happening on June 16-18.
"We're hosting our first-ever E3 Showcase in Hollywood, CA on June 14th and we've saved some seats just for you, our fans," Bethesda's blog stated. "Feel like a celebrity by attending our most exciting event yet, live and in-person! Keep an eye out - in the coming months we'll be sharing details on how you can register to attend." Adding, "Can't make it out to LA to join us? Don't worry, we have you covered. On Twitch.TV/Bethesda, you'll be able to tune in on 6/14 and watch every moment live!"
Together with "Fallout 4" it is also expected that Bethesda would announce the release date of other gaming titles which include, "Elder Scrolls 6" and "Dishonored 2." Word has it that Bethesda is slowly giving out hints for the fans to see. The latest of which can be seen at Bethesda's official "Fallout" website. The website now showcased a Bethesda artword previously used for "Fallout 3," replacing Obsidian's Fallout New Vegas Banner.
In addition, Bethesda's previous renewal of the trademark of "Fallout" Pip Boy devices is also reportedly a giveaway that the gaming studio is preparing for a "Fallout 4" release date announcement. While no release date was hinted, "Fallout" franchise designer, Josh Sawyer, previously revealed that the whole team is working doubly hard in making "Fallout 4."
"A lot of stuff I did in New Vegas was to try and make choices feel more impactful and meaningful and to challenge the player," he said. "Some people want to go through the wasteland like a tourist, which is fine - they don't really want it to be super-difficult. They want it to be interesting and engaging, and they want to see a lot of neat stuff and go through a cool story. And that's cool."
"Personally I like things to be a little more challenging," he added, "And there's a segment of players that also want [that]. I don't have any doubt in this." Adding, "I hope Bethesda continues to make everything very mod friendly. How they've worked with the community is... the mod community for Bethesda's games is amazing. I hope they continue to support them because it's really cool."
