backup my saves and my profiles

    hi guys

    i want to formmat my extranl hdd to the maximum that the xbox allowed (i have now 18GB formatted)

    all my saves and my profile are in my extranl hdd.

    how i backup them all toghter?

    because in H.orizon its manually and its take alot for time
