Resolved 360 revolution can not log in 2 months trying

    i know this problem had been discused a lot
    but i really trying to log in but nothing happen at all
    so I've been having the same problem and i don't know what to do. i tried reinstalling everything, I've ran as administrator, I've changed my password hundered times, and no matter what it wont work. for how long I've been trying. i have a windows 7 but i don't think that should matter, if so what do i do
    i really feel so upset
    i remember i could open the old version about a year ago
    but now
    the 360 revolution window is always the same nothing happened how matter many times i click
    really need help

    That is most definitely odd. Make sure you have all .NET Frameworks installed (2.0 - 4.5) then try again. You may have to uninstall, restart, then reinstall them to ensure a clean install.

    HOW CAN I CHECK WHich net frame i have
    i even tried to make onther account and log in with it but nothing happened at all

    I just logged out and was able to log back in without any issues (on 2 different PCs and OSs).

    There are some 3rd party programs out there that will check it for you, but you can easily (and more reliably) uninstall what you have now (as you would an installed software under Control Panel), restart, then reinstall .NET Frameworks 2.0 through 4.5. Let us know if that works for you or not.
