    EVO did try to do it, all credit to him, but he uploaded his GPD after he had gotten the achievement which then made it unobtainable for everyone...

    Hi Teddy! Just a heads-up, I believe it's enough if you upload your GPD where you've completed all but 1 level on Veteran.
