when you unlock your hideout you can buy resources so if for the time being you hex your money you should be fine ignore this wasnt thinking...
always safe to re-hex around 70000 though. 68000 is sometimes to close to the boundary
just the same as any other ac game the hex goes from 1000-65535 then at least 68000 to whatever the highest is. thats what someone taught me...
