    hey can anybody tell me why it says i need a license to open the 2k13 slider editor i want to mod my 2k13 mc sliders but its not letting me open it

    i changed my ratings to 110 and my guy shoots 3's better but my team sucks...turnovers/3's cant wait for sliders
