    did you follow darriouswise notes? mine was doing the samething. I just deleted my settings and the online data. recreated my sliders and saved....

    when i edited my file all my ratings was 104..i made them 110 then 255 i didnt get any error but my in game play was the same still missing 3s...

    Ironically enough it works now. I change my SP to 0 using the MC editor tool in horizon and it worked! Then I put it back into horizon tool maxed...
