    Rate this PC Before i waste any money

    Don't get 16 GB of ram. It's a waste. Only if you would heavily edit and game. Go with 8 GB

    Have you tried and restart your Computer? so it will close all the programs? then try to do it, just once

    Close all the programs with the save. It says "It's in use by another source" So close all the programs and try it again
