    Is there any proper method to stamping online achievements? I don't understand the point of having the option to time stamp cheevos.

    I notice. If I time stamp an achievement on a day I never actually played online (even after the profile was created) would this flag?

    Yes to achievement time stamp. i.e. Profile create 01/01/2012, Gamertag name change 01/01/2013...achievement time stamp and game last played...
