i'd rather have some dlc , then some bug fixes , but atleast they are still active with this title.

Caboose , spot on. i would only time stamp them if they was "online only" achievements , otherwise always unlock them in offline.
i can try to look into this , but I'm no good with title updates. the main work would be to get past and/or mod the TU files ... perhaps...

you have to use a checkpoint save file , try it on a offline game with no game title updates installed for it , it will also reset every so often...
