I hope it keeps the crash physics as GTA 4. Mutiplayer like GTA 4 would be great IMO as well.

Rockstar has a pattern where they release their games in May. This May is Max Payne 3, So expect at least another year.
The mods don't work for others because the developer made a flaw that he may not know how to fix.
Than something is wrong with the mods and you should make a post to the maker and wait for him to fix this issue.
On the main forum where you downloaded the mods, are others experiencing the same issues. No links to the forum as I almost know its 7S.

Ever heard of the program Willow Tree? Try loading it in there. I think the more and bigger the mods you put on the gun the higher level it takes...
