if nothing helps mate iv posted a gamesave with everything unlocked and all skills, perks etc maxed. iv posted it up on xbox 360 gamesave
it will appear on your hard-drive but yes you cannot play it.
you cant rehash and resign a dlc at very least i dont think you can. :|
