Sonic Adventure 2 - RTE 04/06/2016

I made this tool because I really enjoy this game, it's the first tool I've ever coded so the code is incredibly sloppy but it's does the job.<br />

This tool can edit almost every thing you could want in game except for chao. I do have a version that includes a chao editor but it currently only edits the first chao, it will take a long time to port all the offsets to all 24 chao but I will eventually have it finished.<br />
